
In order for us to determine without a doubt that a security program (normally anti-virus software) is not interfering with the ESEA client, we will need you to fully uninstall the security programs that you have on your computer (temporarily of course). Simply based on how the ESEA client operates many security programs will flag our client as a threat even while disabled. There is no need to worry as this is very common. At this point it is a good bet that a security program of yours is, in fact, interfering with the ESEA client even while it is disabled.This will ensure that you have a 100% vanilla install of your game. It is imperative that it is done this way. Delete the entire game folder which is normally located at c:/program files/steam/steamapps/common. In order to eliminate the specific game itself from being the culprit.Make sure you are starting Steam as admin.Starting the ESEA Client as admin is not adequate and you must be using a Windows administrator user account. Make sure you are using a Windows administrator user account.This way you can avoid having your server slot expire. While troubleshooting your issue be sure to navigate to the server browser of the ESEA client and try connecting to an Aim Map server, and not queuing for matchmaking.
